  • Build a deep understanding of the skills, experience, and craft required for product and design roles, partnering with hiring teams to define profiles and align on evaluation criteria.
  • Develop strategic sourcing and engagement plans to attract product and design talent across different geographies, including passive senior candidates.
  • Use talent market insights to advise hiring leaders on candidate availability, search strategy, and geographic opportunities.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, share hiring progress with product and design leadership, and use insights to improve search outcomes.
  • Initiate creative and scalable improvements to recruiting processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Work closely with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.

Minimum requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years recruiting across product management and design in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with in-house experience.
  • Experience supporting hiring across both product management and design, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ability to understand distinct product and design profiles and translate business needs into effective search strategies.
  • A growth mindset and flexibility to shift tasks and priorities as business needs change.
  • An active, data-driven approach to problem-solving, using recruiting trends and market insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines across different hiring locations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to advise hiring leaders and navigate competing priorities across product and design searches.
  • Strong operational rigor and the ability to stay organized amid change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
